Navigating Incentives

The NYC and Long Island area is a busy area in regards to incentives for getting your house insulated. Insulation can be highly incentivized. But eligibility can be confusing. It depends on how you heat your home. Is is natural gas, oil, or electric? After you’ve answered that question then we look at who the utility provider is. Natural gas is provided by either National Grid or Con ED depending on your home’s location. If you’re in Long Island and have gas the assessment is free and funded by PSEG and the rebate comes from National Grid. If you’re in New York City then the assessment is free and funded by NYSERDA the rebate comes from either NYSERDA, Con Ed, or National Grid. We handle all the paperwork as well as wait for the rebate in most situations. You would pay only the difference.  We come evaluate the situation for free including a full report for you about existing energy costs and possible improvements. Breaking down all the incentives available. It only takes one phone call to get started 877-50-LOGIC. We take care of everything else :)
